Q: How am I going to get the full version of the game?
A: For the majority of our games, a Game Key (also known as a registration code) is sent via email as soon as you complete your order. It's usually located at the bottom of the message, so read the email thoroughly and carefully follow the instructions contained within it. You'll be instructed to copy and paste the Game Key into the registration window of the free trial version of the game, upon which the game will be converted into the full version. Please save your Game Key (or the email containing it). If you need to reinstall the game, you'll be able to use it again.
Q: I downloaded the game but get an "incorrect size" error message when I try to install it. What should I do?
A: Try downloading the game again. Use a download manager for your convenience.
Q: For how long am I supposed to wait till I get the answer from your support service?
A: It can take us no more than 48 hours to get back to you.
Q: Is there a customer service number I could talk to a live person about my shareware game I bought from you? I would really appreciate it.
A: Unfortunately we have no a customer service number. But our e-mail support service is able fix almost any problem you have with your shareware game.
Q: Can I use my shareware game on more than one computer - home and work?
A: Unfortunately you have your license only for one computer. But you may purchase one more registered version of the game and enjoy it at your work!
